Job Description: Engage with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to develop a holistic view of the CoE's application development strategy and methodology. Job Responsibilities: Manage development requirements to ensure that application delivered by the division is in line with business requirements and of a high standard Input and advise on strategic capability and leadership to ensure that organisational demands are met in the short, medium and long term Design detailed solutions to ensure that the division delivers applications of the highest standard and to the specifications of business Manage application and integration development to ensure that applications and integrations comply to business requirements and that it is developed on time and within the allocated budget Plan, build and improve application integrations that will ensure a fast and efficient service delivery and smart and creative work methodology to business relating to Enterprise Systems Development Job Requirements: Project management experience National Diploma in ICT or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification MFMA Certification will serve as an advantage 5 years' experience in middleware (integration solutions), Java, .Net PHP and Oracle development platforms A valid driver's license Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
