Job Responsibilities: Ensuring adherence to production schedule Liaison with various businesses across the organisation regarding content production requirements. Constant improvement and optimisation of content-creation processes and workflows for the organisation. Proofing and quality checks of copy produced by agency partners. Being proactive: constantly recommending ways to improve owned digital channel performance through innovation. Ensuring all copy produced adheres to the Nedbank CI, mission, vision and brand values. Stay abreast of latest content-production trends Provide input into the CX of various portfolios within the organisation. Job Requirements: Sharing information in different ways to increase stakeholders’ understanding of digital landscape. Diploma or degree in Creative Writing/Communication (secondary) Comparing two or more sets of information. Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate Working with a group to identify alternative solutions to a problem.
