Job Description: To manage the provision of an internal administrative support service to the Legal & Compliance Unit within eThekwini Municipality. Job Responsibilities: Manages the acquisition of office and information technology equipment. Develops and trains staff. Manages administrative functions pertaining to departmental accommodation requirements, allocation and servicing of departmental vehicles and monitoring the departmental library. Manages the budget of the Administration and Support Branch. Manages the Units assets and the register. Job Requirements: Degree (NQF Level 7) in Public Administration or Business Administration or Financial Management or equivalent. Valid motor vehicle driving license. Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Public Administration or Business Administration or Financial Management or equivalent. 6 Years relevant experience of which 2 years must be at a supervisory level. 7 Years relevant experience of which 3 years must be at a supervisory level.
