Job Description: Facilitate and manage the on-boarding and termination processes Job Responsibilities: Monitor workflow via systems to ensure Operational efficiencies. Ad-hoc project co-ordination and ad-hoc back-office support Undertake MIS analysis and management reporting Assist with tasks e.g. collating and filing of information Internal and external stakeholders management involved in MO processes Job Requirements: Diploma / Degree in BSc Statistics; Information Systems & Technology/ Business Management or Business Administration Knowledge and experience in MS Office Grade 12 Preferably no or very limited previous working experience Successful candidate should be unemployed
