API Platform Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• As a backend engineer, you will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for the full software development life cycle from conception to deployment of new products, as well as the maintenance, enhancement, and decommissioning of existing solutions.
• Your focus will be on backend development, including leveraging, maintaining, and upgrading relevant frameworks and third-party libraries, creating automated and scalable solutions, and developing reusable code and libraries for future use.

Job Requirements:

• ± 5 Years development experience in a cross section of application environments where at Investec we focus particularly on:
• .NET, C#, MSSQL Server, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Active Directory, Docker, All Testing Paradigms and Test Automation
• Software development related certification or tertiary degree in the relevant field is required
• Advantageous but not required: React Native, Angular, HTML5, Typescript, Angular, SCSS, Bootstrap 4, Redux, RX, Golang
