Job Description: This role will be responsible for supervising, managing, or directing a team of senior specialists and specialist auditors to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards applying industry experience and specialised knowledge. Job Responsibilities: Review audit and assessment findings to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide expertise and guidance to team members during audits. Manage the team’s delivery by allocating work according to the complexity of the audit. Oversee audit processes and ensure the team adequately manages their workloads by setting targets and adjusting priorities according to volume variations. Assist in the planning and execution of audits and assessments. Auditing and Assessment Support Job Requirements: Experience in a leadership role advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities A bachelor's degree in Audit, Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent NQF 7 qualification is strongly preferred. Technical claims and underwriting experience advantageous Strong knowledge of South African insurance regulations Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance industry auditing
