Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- To involve and coordinate internal resources and to ensure optimum corporate performance levels in meeting customer requirements
- Responsible for contract review and closed won opportunities
- Work with sales personnel, various cross functional teams from the sales to operations and finance for preparation of enquiries and tender proposal and enable the development of winning and compelling solutions for each bid submission
- Support Sales Director with presentation and customer engagements communication at adjudication, evaluation process
- To liaise effectively with operations to meet customer requirements, and drive the teams to address the customer needs
- Coordinate the handover of new contract start up between departments and phasing of relationship from sales to operations
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of costing of contracts
- Understanding of contracts and service level agreements
- Minimum BCom degree
- LLB degree would be an added benefit
- Security Industry background
