Job Description: The Brand Lead is responsible for innovation, planning, developing, implementing and managing the Markham Marketing strategy with the HOM. Job Responsibilities: Ensure execution across the brand is aligned to the broader marketing strategy of Markham. Build a Brand development and growth strategy for the Leading Men’s Fashion Brand. Lead strategic, innovative & creative ideation with the internal partners for all things brand. Be Customer obsessed – Collaborate with Insights and data analytics to identify trends, issues, opportunities for growth and development of the Markham brand and unexplored markets. Job Requirements: Ability to persuade and influence both internal and external stakeholders Minimum 6 years relevant retail / brand experience is essential Minimum 3-4 years working experience at a Brand management level incl. 3-4 years people / team management. Proven track record and ability to market a brand by demonstrating innovative and creative thinking within this area. A relevant tertiary qualification
