To ensure effective management and delivery of all business process improvement/re-engineering projects within Distribution.
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures for implementation of the business processes are clearly defined and documented.
- Ensure that AS-IS business processes are clearly defined and documented.
- Ensure that Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions are conducted with internal and external stakeholders to determine business and process requirements.
- Ensure that TO-BE business processes are clearly defined and documented.
- Ensure that all initiatives relating to the business process improvement support the strategy and business objectives of the Distribution division, and the business.
- Client engagement skills (High)
- Experience in the Insurance industry an advantage.
- Proficiency in Process Modeling Tools
- Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is essential.
- Advanced Report writing
- Intermediate understanding and application of Digital platforms
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
