Job Description: As a Business Product Specialist, your main goal will be to drive innovative, data-driven repayment strategies and processes within the Unsecured Recoveries and Debt Counselling Repayment Strategy Team. You will collaborate closely with the Repayment Strategy Manager to develop innovative and data-driven repayment strategies. Job Responsibilities: Identify opportunities to improve or enhance processes, actively recommend improvements, and support the implementation of tools, standards, policies, and procedures by collaborating with respective stakeholders. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the repayment strategies align with the overall business strategy and objectives. Ensure compliance of all repayment strategies and enhancements, enforcing regulations, policies, and procedures, and understanding the link from policy-process-system-operating procedures to mitigate brand, reputation, and other risks. Identify cost/time/quality/risk aspects of introducing, modifying, or decommissioning repayment operations, processes, or strategies by investigating the business benefits and/or problems. Identify and understand the direct and indirect impact of repayment strategy initiatives on the business by conducting research, interviewing affected stakeholders, and applying end-to-end skill sets. Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including NDCRS Revenue Generating areas, CPS, Swordfish, and external payment solution vendors, through open communication, one-on-one meetings, and a flexible and open-minded approach to input, ensuring alignment across all NDCRS Revenue Generating and Supporting areas. Job Requirements: Python Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) SAFe 3 - 5 years experience in a management consulting role within the financial sector 3 - 5 years experience in repayment strategies and methods
