Job Description: The above position is vacant at our Hermanstad Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to assist the Cash Processing manager with administrative responsibilities. Job Responsibilities: Answering the telephone and taking messages Provide administrative support to the Branch Manager when required Taking meeting minutes Assisting the Recruitment department with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas, etc); contacting and following up with candidates during the recruitment process Maintaining a sufficient filling system and document management, including archiving Dealing with internal and external inquiries Job Requirements: Background in Administration/ Office Management is an advantage At least 2 years of administration experience A clear criminal record Matric certificate or equivalent Excellent communication skills Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
