Job Responsibilities: The Client Care Centre environment is divided into three divisions, a call centre, a front of office and an administration division that deals with all other types of communication and correspondence from our customers. Effectively create walk in clients on the system and refer them to the correct point of service. Refer clients to the self-help hubs and make sure the necessary documents are received, completed and referred to correct division within Sanlam. You will be responsible to stand in for the current Administrative Assistant and floor walker in the walk-in centre. Job Requirements: A tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) from a well-recognised institution will be an advantage. Strong communication skills Life insurance customer service experience. Experience in assurance administration. Matric/Grade 12 Must have passion for customer services Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans is a requirement.
