- The Client Care Centre environment is divided into three divisions, a call centre, a front of office and an administration division that deals with all other types of communication and correspondence from our customers.
- Effectively create walk in clients on the system and refer them to the correct point of service.
- Refer clients to the self-help hubs and make sure the necessary documents are received, completed and referred to correct division within Sanlam.
- You will be responsible to stand in for the current Administrative Assistant and floor walker in the walk-in centre.
- A tertiary qualification (Diploma or Degree) from a well-recognised institution will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills
- Life insurance customer service experience.
- Experience in assurance administration.
- Matric/Grade 12
- Must have passion for customer services
- Ability to communicate in English and Afrikaans is a requirement.
- Aptitude to identify and solve problems
