Job Description:

To provide input in the strategic direction, lead the execution of strategic client experience objectives, and manage and improve current client experience performance in Southern Africa (SA)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide client experience support to all stakeholders on a continuous basis
  • Initiate and develop innovative client experience solutions to drive the execution of the client experience strategy
  • Implement and manage the minimum Mediclinic standard programme for service delivery
  • Provide input and assist with setting the client experience strategic direction across SA
  • Implement and monitor client experience performance metrics and ensure continuous performance improvement
  • Drive the execution of the Group and SA client experience strategy

Job Requirements:

  • Client experience related administration of survey systems and other engagement tools
  • Data privacy requirements (GDPR)
  • Client experience and skills within a large, complex organisation
  • Client experience expertise and skills within healthcare
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of healthcare systems
