Job Description:
To provide input in the strategic direction, lead the execution of strategic client experience objectives, and manage and improve current client experience performance in Southern Africa (SA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide client experience support to all stakeholders on a continuous basis
- Initiate and develop innovative client experience solutions to drive the execution of the client experience strategy
- Implement and manage the minimum Mediclinic standard programme for service delivery
- Provide input and assist with setting the client experience strategic direction across SA
- Implement and monitor client experience performance metrics and ensure continuous performance improvement
- Drive the execution of the Group and SA client experience strategy
Job Requirements:
- Client experience related administration of survey systems and other engagement tools
- Data privacy requirements (GDPR)
- Client experience and skills within a large, complex organisation
- Client experience expertise and skills within healthcare
- In-depth knowledge and experience of healthcare systems
