Job Description: To provide input in the strategic direction, lead the execution of strategic client experience objectives, and manage and improve current client experience performance in Southern Africa (SA) Job Responsibilities: Provide client experience support to all stakeholders on a continuous basis Initiate and develop innovative client experience solutions to drive the execution of the client experience strategy Implement and manage the minimum Mediclinic standard programme for service delivery Provide input and assist with setting the client experience strategic direction across SA Implement and monitor client experience performance metrics and ensure continuous performance improvement Drive the execution of the Group and SA client experience strategy Job Requirements: Client experience related administration of survey systems and other engagement tools Data privacy requirements (GDPR) Client experience and skills within a large, complex organisation Client experience expertise and skills within healthcare In-depth knowledge and experience of healthcare systems
