Job Description:
To plan and facilitate identified learning and development interventions and to ensure competency of all agency members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish a learning culture
- Compile learning and development reports
- Assist with the recruitment and manage selection and onboarding of new agency candidates
Job Requirements:
- 1 – 2 years’ experience as an assessor in a specific healthcare setting e.g. nursing – general
- At least 3-years’ experience as a Registered nurse in a clinical setting
- 1 – 2 years’ experience a mentor
- Facilitation and assessment skills
- Trained BLS instructor with a current instructor license.
- Clinical competence in applicable job specific procedures
