Job Responsibilities: Establish a learning culture Compile learning and development reports Assist with the recruitment and manage selection and onboarding of new agency candidates Job Requirements: 1 – 2 years' experience as an assessor in a specific healthcare setting e.g. nursing – general At least 3-years’ experience as a Registered nurse in a clinical setting 1 – 2 years’ experience a mentor Facilitation and assessment skills Trained BLS instructor with a current instructor license.
