Job Description: Proactively and continuously assess the relevant marketplace and its dynamics, customers, and competitors to provide an unbiased point of view on the performance of markets/brands, supported by facts and evidence Job Responsibilities: Demonstrates a good understanding of procedures and concepts through extensive experience and support with the delivery of proactive commercial insight and planning. Develop and implement recommendations from agreed use case scenarios to drive improvement across key customer and business metrics Pro-active Analysis and Monitoring of contact centre metrics and Outsourced provider Commercial KPI performance and propose solutions to improve if required. Performs assigned tasks related to building challenging but realistic forecasts and delivering on the company’s plans. Overseeing all aspects of Outsourced budget planning, tracking, and reporting by employing thorough analysis to ensure the organization's financial management is efficient and transparent. Job Requirements: A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In: Commercial, Analytics, Business Insights and/or Operational Support Finance/Commercial or relevant degree/ National Diploma Telecommunications Data visualization skills Advantageous Matric/Grade 12 Expert in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint Essential
