Consolidated Reporting Head

Job Description:

Responsible for the monthly cluster consolidation process on HFM for management and statutory reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Key role in accounting for cluster Mergers and Acquisition transactions.
• Responsible for the cluster-wide budgeting process.
• Responsible for the cluster dividend calculation.
• Responsible for the cluster forecasts process.
• Management of relationship with the Group Finance team.
• Consolidation, analysis and review of monthly reporting of the cluster consolidated results to management.
• Providing consolidation system and disclosure guidance to the rest of the cluster.

Job Requirements:

• Working knowledge and active experience on HFM is a pre-requisite
• 10 plus years relevant experience in a Financial Manager role
• Strong Consolidation experience
• Experience within financial services
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office essential, especially Excel
• Qualified CA
