Credit Controller

Job Description:

To effectively collect outstanding debt and prevent Bad Debt for Vodacom Government, Corporate, Business, Merchant and Consumer collection portfolio and ensure that the accounts are paid when due.

Job Responsibilities:

• To liaise with 3rd parties to resolve account disputes involves meetings and negotiation with CEO’s, FM’s IT Managers
• Make split-second decisions on locking and unlocking’s
• To follow up on non-payments
• To minimise bad debt
• To negotiate payments on accounts
• To collect 100% of targets

Job Requirements:

• Experience in dealing with 3rd Parties to resolve account disputes
• 2-5 years of Credit control experience
• 1 Year Financial reconciliation experience
• Matric – essential
• Diploma in Credit Management would be an advantage
• Experience in dealing with EHODS, Exec Heads & other key stakeholders
