Job Description: Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members. Job Responsibilities: Analyse facility requests outside LDA with recommendation to management Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders Monitor and control branch OCS queues, SAD queues to reduce number of activities required to zero. Monitor daily overdrawn printouts and undertake refers to reduce overdrawn accounts. Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements. Monitor / manage / close dormant accounts to increase retention of client base and decrease cost. Approval of all facility requests within LDA. Job Requirements: Grade 12, Financial Qualifications or related Banking experience Banking Portfolio Analyst Credit experience
