Job Description:
To provide client support service by applying sound credit risk management principles in early-stage collections through management of portfolios to help Nedbank reduce the impairment charge in line with business views.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to maintain the business relationships for client service delivery
- Solution for queries received within timelines
- Train, coach, support and guide staff on policies and systems.
- Engage with Internal and external stakeholders to manage to reduce impairment charge
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients
- Maintain customer’s trust through service, client experience and brand alignment.
- Daily contact with clients to manage accounts timeously
- Test and implement systems prior to roll out.
- Effective resolution of queries.
Job Requirements:
- Business Related Degree
- 5 years senior admin level in financial services industry
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Technical / Professional Knowledge
- Administrative procedures and systems
