Job Description: To provide client support service by applying sound credit risk management principles in early-stage collections through management of portfolios to help Nedbank reduce the impairment charge in line with business views. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with the stakeholders to maintain the business relationships for client service delivery Solution for queries received within timelines Train, coach, support and guide staff on policies and systems. Engage with Internal and external stakeholders to manage to reduce impairment charge Maintain accurate records of all communications and interactions with clients Maintain customer's trust through service, client experience and brand alignment. Daily contact with clients to manage accounts timeously Test and implement systems prior to roll out. Effective resolution of queries. Job Requirements: Business Related Degree 5 years senior admin level in financial services industry Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate Technical / Professional Knowledge Administrative procedures and systems
