Data Analyst

Job Description:

Data Collection and Cleansing: Gather data from various sources, such as databases, data warehouses, or external data feeds and ensure data quality by cleaning and validating datasets to eliminate errors, inconsistencies, or missing values.

Job Requirements:

• Apply statistical analysis techniques to large datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R to perform data queries, aggregations, and calculations, and identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data to derive meaningful insights, preferably using data visualisation tools to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
• Validate and verify the accuracy and completeness of data by performing data quality checks, identify anomalies or discrepancies, and collaborate with data owners or data stewards to resolve data issues, and ensure data compliance with relevant standards, regulations, or governance policies.
