Job Description: The Marketing Data and Value Analyst shall provide support to senior management in leveraging data analysis to inform business strategy. The incumbent will collaborate cross-functionally to comprehend organisational priorities and identify opportunities to employ data analytics. This role will interface with all Chapters, Group Technology, Data Management Office, Risk and Compliance and other Job Responsibilities: Explore and propose improvements to marketing and data insights. Collaborate with other chapter capabilities and clusters to ensure consistent approaches and practices. Assist in developing data, analytics, and insights guardrails. Support the development of data and analytics strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure alignment between data, analytics and insights. Monitor and manage budget to optimise resource utilisation. Allocate resources to missions and manage team members accordingly. Job Requirements: Business Administration and Management Communication Strategies & Business Writing Skills 3 - 6 years in Analytics (Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics); Project and program experience; Software development processes (Agile/Scrum and CI/CD) utilising technologies (e.g., GIT, JIIRA, Kanban) Change Management Client Service Management Governance, Risk and Controls
