Job Description: To progress Nedbank's enterprise-wide digital marketing production and delivery strategy, the Head Digital Marketing Production and Delivery will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the digital marketing production and delivery function. Job Responsibilities: Contribute to the establishment of the digital marketing production and delivery guardrails and governance frameworks and communicate these across chapters and marketing pods Lead, develop and deliver the digital marketing production and delivery strategy Research, recommend, and implement new techniques, thought leadership, and technologies that will help deliver impactful digital marketing production and delivery initiatives, in the short and long-term strategic horizons Develop a digital production and delivery strategy & approach Develop data driven KPIs and objectives in measuring digital marketing production and delivery contribution to ROMI Provide input to 3-year business plan and Integrated Enterprise Marketing Strategy Job Requirements: Project Management Total number of years of experience: 7 - 10 years Stakeholder Relationship Management Digital Marketing experience Digital Marketing Client Centred/ Design Thinking Management experience as part of the above years: 3 - 5 years UX/ UI/ CX/ Journey Mapping Analytical skills
