Enablement Lead

Job Description:

The role will be responsible for ensuring the accessibility, adoption, responsible usage, and upskilling of the D365 delivery teams using the D365 platform.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist delivery teams in managing technical debt
• Ownership and enforcement of standards and best practices
• Development and implementation of guardrails for delivery teams
• Enable seamless onboarding of new delivery teams onto the platform
• Ability to embed oneself into various delivery teams and take responsibility of driving up maturity of skills and quality of the delivery
• Actively monitor and improve functional consultant skills across Investec
• Ownership and sharing of tutorials, reference guides and reference implementations
