Job Description:
Engage with stakeholders, both leadership and subject matter experts, to develop a holistic view of the CoE’s application development strategy and methodology.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage development requirements to ensure that application delivered by the division is in line with business requirements and of a high standard
- Input and advise on strategic capability and leadership to ensure that organisational demands are met in the short, medium and long term
- Design detailed solutions to ensure that the division delivers applications of the highest standard and to the specifications of business
- Manage application and integration development to ensure that applications and integrations comply to business requirements and that it is developed on time and within the allocated budget
- Plan, build and improve application integrations that will ensure a fast and efficient service delivery and smart and creative work methodology to business relating to Enterprise Systems Development
Job Requirements:
- Project management experience
- National Diploma in ICT or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
- MFMA Certification will serve as an advantage
- 5 years’ experience in middleware (integration solutions), Java, .Net PHP and Oracle development platforms
- A valid driver’s license
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
