Job Description:

Conducting market and marketing research to provide detailed insight on the behaviour of specific market segments and aligning it to global best practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating on-campus activities for school groups and individual visitors;
  • Event management for small to large scale events from start to finish, both online and on-campus events;
  • Excellent financial and operational recordkeeping;
  • Providing outstanding customer service;
  • Establishing, building, and optimising customer and supplier loyalty;
  • Executing events and interventions aimed at improving the application and enrolment rates of prospective students;

Job Requirements:

  • A formal tertiary qualification;
  • Full proficiency in English;
  • Experience in events management and proven ability to organise small/large scale events;
  • At least three years’ working experience in a similar environment;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good organisation and administrative skills;
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
