Job Description:
Conducting market and marketing research to provide detailed insight on the behaviour of specific market segments and aligning it to global best practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinating on-campus activities for school groups and individual visitors;
- Event management for small to large scale events from start to finish, both online and on-campus events;
- Excellent financial and operational recordkeeping;
- Providing outstanding customer service;
- Establishing, building, and optimising customer and supplier loyalty;
- Executing events and interventions aimed at improving the application and enrolment rates of prospective students;
Job Requirements:
- A formal tertiary qualification;
- Full proficiency in English;
- Experience in events management and proven ability to organise small/large scale events;
- At least three years’ working experience in a similar environment;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Good organisation and administrative skills;
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
