Job Description: The purpose of the Compensation Execution Specialist role is to provide support to the Compensation Execution team in executing various compensation related activities. Job Responsibilities: Compensation internal benchmarking Preparing package structuring with Reward guidelines in adherence to policies, procedures and specified frameworks of the Shoprite Group. These packages include: Application of the Talent Acquisition App Market adjustments Facilitating with the Compensation Execution team, status change requests including package calculations, benefit allocations and allowances and liaising with recruiters in terms of package structures. Offers for new hires processed via the Talent Acquisition App Job Requirements: Demonstrable knowledge of compensation execution within the FMCG, retail sector +2 years in Compensation Execution / Remuneration or equivalent role, working within related compensation frameworks, policies, procedures and guidelines. Grade 12, National Senior Certificate Experience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar. Degree in Human Resources, Financial or equivalent
