- Managing the food department and reporting directly to the supermarket owners.
- Maintaining an unwavering focus on food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Providing training and guidance to our kitchen staff, ensuring consistent quality and taste.
Job Requirements:
- A passion for quality, taste, and presentation.
- A track record of driving culinary innovation and achieving sales growth.
- Proven experience in menu development, food cost analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Formal culinary training and certification as a chef.
- Strong leadership and management skills to guide and inspire a culinary team.
