  • Calculating food costs, setting selling prices, and creating innovative recipes.
  • Managing the food department and reporting directly to the supermarket owners.
  • Maintaining an unwavering focus on food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Providing training and guidance to our kitchen staff, ensuring consistent quality and taste.

Job Requirements:

  • A passion for quality, taste, and presentation.
  • A track record of driving culinary innovation and achieving sales growth.
  • Proven experience in menu development, food cost analysis, and pricing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Formal culinary training and certification as a chef.
  • Strong leadership and management skills to guide and inspire a culinary team.
