Job Description:

Manage and co-ordinate client specific exports via ocean freight.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage Breakbulk shipments
• Process export of Hazardous shipments as per regulations
• Arrange Collections
• Client communication
• Formalize all customs procedures
• Shipment invoicing
• Estimates

Job Requirements:

• Person must be organized and be able to manage a desk
• Comprehensive knowledge of the logistics industry
• At least 5 years’ experience in ocean freight
• Client communication skills
• Admin skills required to do reports and analysis
• Knowledge in container / shipment planning and co-ordinating
• In-depth knowledge of Incoterms and customs requirements
