To design, implement, and maintain profitable business models for the divisional bakeries and delis while adhering to all policies and procedures. The Job Objectives Entails

Job Responsibilities:

  • To liaise with training schools.
  • To ensure national bakery and Deli policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
  • To provide exception input regarding maintenance of bakery and Deli equipment.
  • To ensure implementation of and adherence to the food safety and hygiene procedures and policies.
  • To assess and control convenience food suppliers,
  • To design a profitable business model and ensure implementation.
