General Ledger Manager

Job Description:

The position is responsible for supporting, performing transaction processing, performing month end and assisting with queries of external and Internal audits. The role exists to support the General Ledger & Period Close team within the Finance function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Total customer experience for MTN brand;
• Constantly changing consumer and market needs;
• MTN policies, processes and procedures;
• Regulatory industry norms govern MTN and partners;
• Highly pressurized, deadline-driven environment;
• Market dynamics and developments;

Job Requirements:

• 4 years relevant work experience in financial reporting operations;
• Preferably (SAICA/SAIPA) articles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or equivalent.
