Job Description: The purpose of the Group Payroll Manager role is to ensure functional integration management of the end-to-end payroll services within the group. Job Responsibilities: Authorising bank files and payroll runs. Driving overall execution of payroll processing to ensure that it complies with legal requirements. Managing third party payments (payroll vendors), reconciliations and distribution of payments as well as of cycle payments in accordance with relevant organisational policies and procedures. Performing payroll simulation runs. Defining and/or managing payroll administration standards and procedures for accurately capturing and loading of documents (I.e., employee contract information and status changes) onto the relevant systems. Job Requirements: Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Sciences or equivalent - (beneficial). Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Sciences or equivalent - (essential). +8 years in a Senior Group Payroll or equivalent role, managing Payroll delivery, frameworks, policies, procedures, and guidelines - (essential). Experience within the FMCG, retail sector or similar - (preferred). Demonstrable knowledge of HR practices within the FMCG, retail sector, understanding of the payroll execution in the Group, retail environment - (essential).
