Job Description: This role contributes to a healthy and comfortable environment for building occupants while also improving the energy efficiency and longevity of HVAC equipment. This person will be responsible for the thorough cleaning and maintenance of HVAC filters in the facility. Job Responsibilities: Regularly inspect HVAC filters according to maintenance schedules and to assess their condition and clean and or replace. Maintain accurate records of filter cleaning schedules, maintenance activities, and any issues identified during inspections. Utilize appropriate cleaning techniques, tools, and cleaning agents to thoroughly clean filters without damaging them. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling cleaning agents, equipment, and while working in different HVAC system settings. Job Requirements: Basic electrical/ refrigeration Basic experience in HVAC systems and components. Knowledge of tools Grade 12(matric) must have. Knowledge of cleaning techniques for various types of filters Technical Skills or Knowledge Preferred (would Be Advantageous)
