Job Description:

To manage employee relations policies, processes, and systems to promote good labour relations principles. To build and maintain excellent relationship between management and employees and ensuring the successful execution of key HR deliverables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify risks, challenges and advise management and leadership to the employee relations.
  • Manage employee relations and maintain harmonies and cordial employee relationship in the organization.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with shop stewards and union officials.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.
  • Partner with HRBP on complex employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on workplace practices.
  • Reduce risks by developing programs, policies, and procedures to promote fair and equitable employee relations and business decisions.

Job Requirements:

  • National Diploma in HR Management / Bachelor’s Degree.
  • MIE Reference checks
  • National Senior Certificate (Matric) Pre-requisite
  • 3 years general HR experience.
  • Retail/FMCG would be an advantage.
  • SAGE 300
  • SAP would be an advantage.
