Job Description: The main purpose of this role is ensuring the accuracy in classifying, registering, routing and indexing documentation according to required business specifications. Job Responsibilities: General administration of documents and information. Continuously updating your own knowledge relating to Product and Clinical knowledge. Classifying, registering, routing and indexing of documentation to Vitality, Invest, Health, and Life. Working toward targets per day whereby quality and quantity among others are measured Creating a multi-skilled knowledge of other specialized environments. Verification of documentation received and assessment thereof. Job Requirements: 1 year Administration or Customer Service Experience in a Large Corporate. Good command of the English language. Matric. Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Previous Capture / Indexing experience. Ability to capture 30 words per minute and at a 60% accuracy rate.
