Job Description:

Drive positive employee engagement through the delivery of relevant and impactful internal communications plans that also position Standard Bank as the employee brand of choice. Enable the execution of effective business strategies and results by partnering with assigned business units to plan, scope & deliver impactful internal communications solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values in order to meet and exceed the goals of the internal communications team.
  • Communicate the internal communications strategy and plan to internal stakeholders and external agency stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of the overall internal communication strategy which reflects the needs of varied stakeholders in (marketing, business units, HR, IT, etc.).
  • Participate in the review of the internal communications strategy and plans.
  • Participate in the development of understanding of customer experience strategy, plans and objectives.
  • Implement strategies to increase online traffic to Standard Bank websites.
  • Participate in the development of in-depth understanding of business unit strategies, plans and objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 Years
  • Diploma/Degree in Communication Science / Public Relations / Journalism
