Job Description: The role requires a strategic mindset to coordinate Internal Communications activities and problem-solving techniques to address issues in an effective manner with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Provide input into PI planning and QBR for internal communications efforts related to mission specific activities Collaborate on governance framework, approach and methodologies to deliver internal communications Contribute to the communications assets in line with brand guidelines Collaborate on an internal communications strategy for input into the integrated communications strategy. Monitor internal communications initiatives and evaluate success and implement improved strategies Design and monitor best practices for all internal communications Develop strategies, playbooks and templates for internal communications activities Job Requirements: Field of Study: Communications; Journalism; Marketing Verbal and written communication Essential Qualifications - NQF Level Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees Editorial skills Minimum Experience Level Minimum 5 years Communications (generalist); Internal communications experience Negotiation skills Project management
