Job Description: Drive positive employee engagement through the delivery of relevant and impactful internal communications plans that also position Standard Bank as the employee brand of choice. Enable the execution of effective business strategies and results by partnering with assigned business units to plan, scope & deliver impactful internal communications solutions. Job Responsibilities: Participate and be integral to the marketing strategic planning of the all business units marketing and communication strategies. Participate in the development of understanding of customer experience strategy, plans and objectives. Actively research and keep up to date on digital and direct trends and recommend new ways in which internal communications may be used in the business. Communicate the internal communications strategy and plan to internal stakeholders and external agency stakeholders. Participate in the review of the internal communications strategy and plans. Participate in the development of in-depth understanding of business unit strategies, plans and objectives. Job Requirements: 5-7 Years Diploma/Degree in Communication Science / Public Relations / Journalism
