Solution Architect Specialist

Job Description:

Support Product and Project Teams regarding architecture related concerns and direction, as well as alignment to overall IT strategy

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with developers to support clear and complete understanding of the designs as the solution is developed.
• Translate requirements into high-level and detailed technical designs (e.g. Conceptual architecture, Solution
• Architecture and Solution Design) that satisfy customer expectations and technology standards.
• Work with the Quality Engineer to ensure all Non-Functional Requirements and other technical considerations are included in the test cases.
• Contribute to analysis and evaluation of business needs, product capabilities, and costs & benefits of the solution.
• Design architecture components, including design and documentation of architecture relevant system or software changes or enhancements to all assigned systems.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ Experience in implementation of Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management IT systems (preferred)
• Knowledge of the Enterprise Risk Management and Safety, Health & Environment business capabilities (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience of working with Integrated SHE and Risk Management platforms such as Enablon, Isometrix, etc (advantage)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of system development methodologies and working experience in delivering IM / IT projects (must)
• University Bachelors Degree
• 6+ relevant years of experience in a solution architecture or similar role (must)
