Job Description: To ensure availability of critical IT Systems and Services with a focus on Microsoft SharePoint, Systems Automation and File Data services Job Responsibilities: Be a technical/operational lead focusing on SharePoint, Systems Automation and Office 365 Collaboration services. To ensure problems are identified, resolved and managed in a timely through automation and robotics. Ensure operational/optimisation processes are recommended and implemented within a high-pressured environment; this includes analysis and reporting as well as customer liaison. Assist with strategic planning, testing and implementation of enterprise IT technologies and solutions. Job Requirements: 3year Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree is essential in Information Systems, or related field. Microsoft certification is advantageous (i.e., MCSE / MCITP) Minimum 3-5 years Enterprise application support experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft File services, of which 2 – 3 years’ experience in ITIL framework is advantageous Matric is essential
