Job Description: The ideal candidate will have extensive end to end procurement experience within a technology environment. In this role you will be required to assess the business and supplier relationships in order to guide and strategically support Capitec in efficient and cost-effective negotiation strategies. Job Responsibilities: Develop the right commercial, tactical strategy to achieve the business’ objectives in the negotiation and contracting phases. Provide expertise to extract additional value from the supplier to meet and/or exceed the business requirement and need. Perform analysis and research to assess all risks and opportunities attached to the supplier. Plan and recommend areas of leverage and mitigating actions. Provide expertise so that contracting and commercial management in Capitec is benchmarked against, and aligned to, international best practice and trends. Job Requirements: A completed degree in Business Management / Accounting Management or relevant. Along with experience in managing I.T contracts pertaining to development of software, technology buying or subscription. You will have exposure in analysing and presenting findings in reports, forecast and trends to provide business with recommendations.
