Job Description: To develop, embed and provide guidance on the advisory sales process to SBFC in line with the general code of conduct. To oversee the resolution of all internal and external complaints (ombudsman, internal, FAIS, etc.). To ensure the monitoring and provision of assurance on the adequacy of processes and procedures across SBFC. Job Requirements: The Financial Planning Process as prescribed by the Financial Planning Institute, FAIS, FICA. Post graduate Diploma in Financial Planning would be advantageous 5 - 7 Years Experience in the Financial Planning industry, Operational Risk and Compliance. Degree in Business Commerce Experience in legal matters an advantage Legal degree would also be considered.
