Job Description:

To provide leadership and direction for the development and implementation of specific rail logistic business processes and practices ensuring an integrated, cost effective and flexible logistics solution for existing.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Directs the optimization of the rail logistics processes and performance through continuous improvement initiatives and performance
  • Manage people and money resources
  • Manage rail logistic policies, processes, and procedures
  • Ensure the implementation of a rail logistics strategy and the development of policies, procedures, and processes

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to build effective relationships and delivery on expectations
  • Related Minimum Experience: 7 Yrs Experience in the management/operations of a logistics function
  • Strong drive to learn

  • Be results and delivery focused
  • Administration/Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits
  • Strategic thinking
  • Qualification(s): Degree/B Tech in Logistics/ Transportation/Commerce/
