Job Description: Responsible for establishing and maintaining a first-class quality assurance capability / software testing for the CoE. Job Responsibilities: Apply financial processes to ensure effective financial control and financial compliance Direct a professional test team dedicated to testing of newly developed or enhanced application for the CoE to provide leadership and direction to the quality assurance / software testing function in ICT and ensure that industry-standards are cultivated and supported in line with organisational-wide strategic vision and mission Perform operational processes to ensure that all systems are compliant to required standards Ensure customer service orientation to foster good customer relations between ICT and business Ensure governance and risk management to com0ply with relevant Municipal legislation, policies, processes and procedures for security and risk management Job Requirements: 5 years' experience in software testing / quality assurance ISTBQ Certification Project management experience MFMA Certification will serve as an advantage Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) A valid driver's license National Diploma in ICT or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
