Job Description: To present and facilitate Higher Education and Training programmes and courses to Mediclinic students and employees in order to acquire competence (incl. cognitive, psychomotor and affective skills) as independent healthcare practitioners on completion of training. Job Responsibilities: Facilitate learning process, incl. theoretical and clinical facilitation Ensure compliance to Higher Education & Training and American Heart Association (AHA) standards Coordinate and administrate student-related processes Design and assess learning material and interventions Job Requirements: Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Demonstrate competence in compilation procedures Nursing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Moderation Instructional Design (ADDIE model) and the application thereof
