Job Description: To proactively grow the balance sheet of a allocated customer, deliver exceptional experience and education to portfolio of clients on wealth creation, accumulation and overall protection tactics to increase vertical sales index (VSI) and drive client retention and entrenchment through using contextual Money Management principles Job Responsibilities: Execute on opportunities to expand our customer base with creditworthy and potentially profitable customers Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships within FNB and/or across the FRG Liaise with SMEs on complex products to provide appropriate product advise Provide appropriate banking and financial solutions across an allocated portfolio of clients Creates solutions to meet customer demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards Job Requirements: Sound working knowledge of required business-related systems Sound working knowledge of Banking and Financial Services Regulatory requirements Experience - 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which 1 to 2 years ideally at a junior specialist level Preferred Qualification - Relevant FAIS accredited degree, CFP, Fit and proper, experience in FAIS-relevant Money Manager Subcategories Minimum Qualification - Relevant Qualification on accredited NQFL 6/7 FSCA List, RE5 Full understanding of money management principles Additional Knowledge - Core product knowledge and linked pricing
