Job Description:
The position is aimed at a dynamic, focused individual who can provide an effective and efficient service to clients by receiving, evaluating, and responding to telephonic/electronic escalated enquiries timeously. Support to the Product Managers for all Complementary Products
Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying risks to the company and escalate accordingly.
- Providing first-time resolution on escalated queries of a complex nature
- Maintaining a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Engaging in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements
- Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and always exceeded.
Job Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years of client service experience
- Matric
- A good understanding of the industry would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to organise data
- Knowledge of Oracle System is essential.
