Job Description:

The position is aimed at a dynamic, focused individual who can provide an effective and efficient service to clients by receiving, evaluating, and responding to telephonic/electronic escalated enquiries timeously. Support to the Product Managers for all Complementary Products

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying risks to the company and escalate accordingly.
  • Providing first-time resolution on escalated queries of a complex nature
  • Maintaining a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
  • Engaging in effective communication and delivery according to Service Level Agreements
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements are met and always exceeded.

Job Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years of client service experience
  • Matric
  • A good understanding of the industry would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to organise data
  • Knowledge of Oracle System is essential.
