Job Description: Develop/Implement appropriate project systems (Organizational structures, business processes, controls and technologies) to develop, track and manage the extent of the programme while adhering to the strictest ethical standards Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction for the programme and guide the development of talent within it Reporting should include, as a minimum, the below topics and in all cases variance against plan or ideal, root cause of any variance and remedial actions to address: Ensure full transparency (reporting) of studies and sanctioned projects supported by a rigorous QA process of the input data. Establish and manage key internal (Operations, BU, Group and Technical disciplines) and external (Local & provincial government, communities, external contractors, consultants etc.) relationships required to ensure successful delivery of the programme Job Requirements: Professional registration (PMP, SACPCMP) advantageous University degree/higher diploma/B Tech NQF7 Driver's Licence: Code B (Light Vehicle) 10 to 12 years experience Qualification in Project Management
