Job Description:

Develop/Implement appropriate project systems (Organizational structures, business processes, controls and technologies) to develop, track and manage the extent of the programme while adhering to the strictest ethical standards

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction for the programme and guide the development of talent within it
  • Reporting should include, as a minimum, the below topics and in all cases variance against plan or ideal, root cause of any variance and remedial actions to address:
  • Ensure full transparency (reporting) of studies and sanctioned projects supported by a rigorous QA process of the input data.
  • Establish and manage key internal (Operations, BU, Group and Technical disciplines) and external (Local & provincial government, communities, external contractors, consultants etc.) relationships required to ensure successful delivery of the programme

Job Requirements:

  • Professional registration (PMP, SACPCMP) advantageous
  • University degree/higher diploma/B Tech NQF7
  • Driver’s Licence: Code B (Light Vehicle)
  • 10 to 12 years experience
  • Qualification in Project Management
