Job Description: The successful candidate will have experience in working on large, complex trials that encompass evidence-based interventions and include biological aspects around HIV treatment (or treatment as prevention). Job Responsibilities: Stigma reduction training and intervention delivery as required Planning (daily, weekly, monthly) and managerial tasks Administrative tasks and oversight Staff supervision Quality assurance of data Establishing relationships with stakeholders such as healthcare clinic staff Job Requirements: Four-year tertiary qualification/honours degree in Public Health or social sciences Experience with staff supervision/training 3 or more years of research experience working with substance use, gender, and HIV work (including delivery of evidence based biobehavioural interventions). Speak fluent English AND isiXhosa/Afrikaans (preferably some level of both isiXhosa and Afrikaans) Have a valid South African driver’s license with current driving experience.
