Job Description: The Project Manager has a clear purpose of delivering projects successfully (from both a client and a Karabina perspective), working closely with relevant Competency Leads (CLs), Consulting Services Leads (CSLs) and Project Delivery Lead (PDL). Job Responsibilities: Exudes confidence in being firm and also fair with both team and Customer. Knows how and when to dive into the detail of the project and when to elevate and extract him/herself up at an Executive or C-suite level and can move comfortably between these levels packaging and sharing communications effectively and appropriately for each level. Holds the 360 degree view of the project at all times. Displays resilience when challenges arise, keeping the team motivated and protected for optimal delivery. Actively contributes to delivery through his/her own technical understanding. Packages and shares this 360 degree view expertly, appropriately (whether verbally, on a mail or in a Steering Committee presentation) and timeously. Job Requirements: 2 - 5 years' experience working in a Consulting environment Must have Project and program management skills and a track record of success. Must have experience in delivering IT service projects.
