Job Description:
In this role you would be required to assist the Division in the culinary management of operations within the Living Lifestyle Segment and in the provision of catering solutions of high-quality standards. You will have extensive client interaction as well as catering operations experience to be successful in this exciting opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:
- All aspects of purchasing, food preparation & presentation.
- Menu design, planning & implementation.
- Sound understanding of food costing.
- Maintain complete control of the Segment at all times.
- Ensure that all equipment/stock/uniforms under chef’s control are managed.
- Spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
